Entire Police Force Resigns after town elects first black mayor.
 Five out of the six total cops in the small town of Parma Missour quit after voters elected the first black female mayor. The cops cited "safety concerns" for the reason they quit. Along with the cops, the city attorney, clerk and water treatment supervisor also quit. The new mayor Tyus Byrd also previously worked as the city clerk.
