Spike Lee speaks his mind about Urban Gentrification

Film maker Spike Lee has made the rant rounds again, this time speaking his mind about Urban Gentrification.
For those who don't know, Gentrification is the moving in of wealthy residents to once poor neighborhood which in turn increases property values and effectively moves the poor people out. The result is a totally new neighborhood with new residents.

This is happening in many cities across the country from Houston, to New York to Los Angeles.
