This TLC story has so many twists..... Mann... It turns out that Jermaine Dupre had a part in the beginings on the group along with Rico Wade (of Organized Noise),  and Ian Burke (their 1st mgr). So, according to the afore mentioned, Pebbles really did not envision the group but it was initially Ian Burke. Check it out below..
