Rockets hire Dallas Mavericks assistant Steven Silas as new Head Coach.

Steven Silas is no stranger to the Rockets organization as he was close to recieving the job in two earlier searches once after 2003 and again right before Mike D'Antoni. He has served as the Mavericks lead assistant for the past two years and comes well respected by Player and Coaches alike.
