Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch Sold For...

After being on the market for years, Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch is finally sold.

The property in Santa Barbara County has been owned by Michael's estate and a real estate investment firm since his death in 2009. 

Neverland Ranch was sold for $22 million to billionaire businessman Ron Burkle who previously served as Jackson's business advisor in the mid 2000s.  

MJ reportedly purchased the "2,700-acre property in 1988 for $17 million and spent an estimated $35 million turning the estate into an amusement park complete with a zoo, Ferris wheel, a theater, a train station, go-kart track and its own fire department."
