The lawsuit, filed on Thursday in New York, accused Combs of sex trafficking and sexual assault. The photos obtained by Page Six capture a pensive Diddy, dressed casually in a T-shirt and sweatpants, sitting outside his home with chief of staff Kristina Khorram.

In a joint statement, Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura, expressed her desire to resolve the matter amicably, thanking her family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support. Diddy echoed sentiments of an amicable resolution, wishing Cassie and her family the best.

Ben Brafman, Combs' attorney, reiterated that settling the lawsuit does not imply admission of wrongdoing. "A decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing," he clarified, emphasizing Diddy's denial of the claims.

The lawsuit detailed disturbing allegations, including physical abuse and sex trafficking, dating back to when Ventura was 19 and Combs was 37. Despite Combs' denial, the legal battle garnered support from at least three artists formerly signed to his record label.
